Solution: 1. Start with your passion, hobby, interest.... do a Google Search, find more info that people of your interest will be looking for and write about them.

If you are a student you can start with your college essays, if you are a teacher you can make use of your publications and so on to begin with.

2. Find articles which are given away free with permission for you to use them. You can get articles from ezine articles. You can check out Syndicate Kahuna and FirePow Blogging.

3. Find articles from the public domain. This has materials for which the copyright period has expired. Check a sample here on NET English material.
